Gray Runt

Hook - Mustad S82-3906B, Size 6-12
Weight - Lead/lead free wire (optional)
Thread - Black or gray
Tail - Natural gray goose quill fibers tied in a V
Ribbing - Black thread
Body - Gray floss or uni stretch
Thorax - Gray chenille
Hackle - Grizzly

Popular Fly Patterns - Terry Hellekson

I tied the tails per the book recipe but in the future I'd use moose mane or body hair or even gray bucktail

I like the moose mane idea for the tails, too. Beautifully tied.
