Ha, hopefully in front of all and sundry up in Roscoe... :)

At any rate, I don't doubt you could "up-armor" with a bit of extra-fine Lagartun wire and not change the looks of the fly much.

Ha, no doubt a brown with spots the size of nickels would make for quite a rodeo up there...I just wouldn't want to be the guy who punched it off the hook with the net. :lol:

Bill and Ray,
Va-Va-Voom! This stonefly flymph is fantastic looking! Bill, be certain you have a ghillie along (wish it could be me) when you are lifting the huge brownies clear of the waters surface. Wow! What a classic looking pattern. Ray, as always, you are so good at whatever you set your mind to! What a winning combination!
