Very nicely displayed Ray. It shows off the fly wonderfully. When I have the kids display their flies for the fair we use the same techniques with a straw through piece of black foam board. For the tube the kids use the little plastic coffee stir straws. You usually find them in red or black. The black is perfect. They are very stout and look quite nice for plastic.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.

Ronr - Here is another way to display single flies. I mounted this one on a post, using a dental floss threader and some superglue. Super easy, yet very effective.
