Beautiful, Norm. Reminds me of some of the full feather wing bass flies from days gone by.

Norm - What is your process of searching and selecting patterns to tye? Your range is dazzling…

i do have an extensive library of tying books to choose patterns from

i get patterns from pinterest and instagram

google has a bazillion patterns doing a search and i bookmark all of my search results of flies i want to tie.

youtube videos have a lot of great fly patterns

i like searching for older not commonly known patterns and learn how to tie them
