Here is the Old Blue Dun pattern from ATWF with the optional starling wing. A winged Flymph.

That is a very pretty rendition.

Great proportions and form.
I am really liking the hook, what make and model is it? Looks old school with the barb size, but I mostly like the wire weight and the generous eye.
