Found this version (minus the holo tinsel cheeks, which I forgot; jungle cock optional, as well) on the Peter Driver site Peter Driver Fly-tying & Fly-fishing


hook - Dai Riki 075 #8
thread - Danville 6/0 black
tail - golden pheasant tippets
rib - small wire silver
abdomen - large tinsel silver
body hackle - grizzly
thorax - Arizona Simi Seal red
collar - bronze mallard
wing - bronze mallard

Nice looking fly, the title to the post caught my attention. Several years ago I tied alot of Irish wet flies and I did a Peter Ross dabbler but it was different to this in that I based on the original using black hackle and teal for the wing. Worked to.
