Found a pic of a winged/hackled LaFontaine-like emerger doing an interweb search. Switched out the EHC wing for the split version; next one will utilize Congo Hair instead. My thanks to Messrs. LaFontaine, Quigley and Troth.

SottP, Howdy;

It sure is a pleasure to see what ends up falling from your vice.
Never a disappointment.

Thanks

Buggy! In the best possible was. ;) :D

I love the colors in this pattern. Very natural looking.

Terrific, as always, Scott. Thanks for sharing.

Splitsville Caddis Emerger (variation)

Congo Hair wing's a lot easier to install without excessive buildup in the thorax; makes a difference in smaller sizes. Ungulates around the world agree.
