:idea: My Variation on Carl's Rusty Dip tied to fish lower down on a ladder leader & $3 Dip ;)

Below are two tied with dubbing made from the yarn with an XS Gold wire rib on the left.

I never bought Lee's book on tying with poly but watched him tie several times. What size 16's &18's? I will make some for Ron as well, I hope to be over there next week.
Bill you are just in time for things to slow down on the Crooked... last two times out, things had really tapered off at the honey hole....But,, yesterday was one of those unreal days on the Metolius. I'll save the details until you get to town..Just a hint... all the fish were caught using Sventoski's 10" mono rig set up with a perdigon on the bottom and a small midge pupa on top....

Yeah, #16's and #18's. I twist the yarn well so that you get a ribbing effect.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.
