It would probably be good dyed with red spinner dye.

To be clear, it's a rabbit, not a hare. The mask is probably less spikey.

I agree that it's a great color, and I can easily envision lots of places where I would use it. (A March Brown pops to mind immediately.) I just wouldn't use it for a Hare's Ear.
