Howdy All;

Several years ago, right before our "Gathering" at Campfire, I was gifted
by one of my neighbors with a bunch of items. One of which was a
Fenwick FF 535. Reading the side of it;
FF535 1 3/4 oz.
AFTMA Fly Line No. 5
Came to me with it's Green plaid sock and triangular tube. Back East it would be perfect
for some of those overgrown thin Blue lines. But, ... I can use it here too ;) . Have used
some 3 wt. on it and works well, for me. chucklin'

If my memory serves, the old Fenwick rods were pretty fair sticks at a low price point. I think Fenwick is making two hand rods as well now. Just wish they'd make a true two hander, not a switch, in a 3 or 4 weight. I have a really nice 3 wgt switch rod, but it has a slightly longer half wells fore grip. I'd like a full length two hand fore grip on it so I don't feel so cramped when casting.

Claw Crafted Glass you can find and stand by for some superb fly fishing. They can be had for less than $50 if you search around and cast like $300 rods.
One site has 2 models listed for under $24.
