Thanks Gary! I enjoyed watching that very much. I love fishing tube flies and recently tyed up a bunch for steelhead fishing. I recognized each of the patterns that were used in the video. It's nice to see their action from the fishes point of view.

I postage the link because I think it shows in detail the repose to a salmon taking the fly.
At first the fish looks positive and actually comes up though the water to take the fly but turns away.
And how it pushes the fly around with it mouth closed is remarkable. No wonders we miss fish or hook them in the outside of the mouth.
Note how easy it also gets rid of the treble hooks. The angler is hardly aware of what is going on.
And finally how a change in colour and maybe depth provokes a solid take.
