:D I thought it was interesting that this topic has NEVER come up on this forum before. Once you use the tie in method Carl suggested...you will have to find another use for the cool tool. Tonight after you tie a few hackle first, take some pics for us...you've opened the door on this, might as well finish it.

erm - your thoughts on the viagra? You think it might help?

Oh ok then - if someone has that thread bookmarked and can link me to it, I'll give it a go and post pics - but it may take a few days as work is a bit unpredictable at the moment - darned unreasonable but keeps demanding my attention!

I promise to approach it open minded though ;)

Hmmm I don't think it was actually me that said that! I have no doubts you are just fine!

Of course it's not my thinking that matters here. ;)

Andrew,

If I were to be serious I could tell you of a few tiers who find this tool useful for a couple of operations; tidying up, kinking legs and that sort of thing. I have no experience of it myself but have tried to get one from my dentist.

Andrew,
Instead, I use a cheap 39 cent bic lighter. (They run about a dollar at the convenience store. :? ) Just pinch the hackle between your fingers to protect it, and burn off the stragglers.
My stragglers are usually trapped hackle fibers over the eye.

Roy - great to hear from you - been meaning to mail you for a couple of weeks, stuff to tell you. :D Will do so.

But regarding *that* thread, I really don't think I want to go back again. I was very restrained yesterday, but when provoked I can arrange words in an extremely savage order... ;) Don't want to do that on this forum, not fair.

Mail you tomorrrow!
