Ive been a fan of the dungeon for years, but the one material I’ve not had good results with is the hifloat fibres. They float alright but tend to sit flush in the water and are very hard to see. I’ll be interested to see you how you find them...

I will report back, after I get the chance to fish some of these patterns. I’m going to try some untreated (no floatant) and some treated (silicone gel and dry decicant powder). It will be interesting to see how they behave.

Ray, this is a very cool thread, loads of good ideas and some really sweet looking patterns.I love your zip-tie travel sampler idea for these fibers. You never disappoint.
