Same here. this is the first fall I haven't spent a few days in Roscoe. Seems a little wet but I'm sure missing seeing everyone.

Really not much to tell. The weather was horrendous. The rivers were high so no fishing. Roscoe seemed like a ghost town. The museum was a little lightly attended due to the induction being held later this year and there was no banquet. Instead, you were charged 30 bucks to attend the induction and we were served refreshments. That is ok as the museum really needs the money. Saw John Shaner there and it is always nice to see him. On the plus side I did get to meet the new directors. I was impressed. They were responsible for the induction to be held this year as the museum board had just about decided to give up. They are also responsible for the Art of the Angler show being held next Saturday as the board had given up on that to. The museum, gallery and gift shop were as clean as I have seen them in quite some time. The new directors have a vision to bring the museum back to being the center of fly fishing in the Catskills. The new directors will have a presence at the fly fishing shows to promote the museum and I am very enthusiastic about this.

If this is any indication of "bad weather tying", I hope it rains and snows all winter long in your neck of the woods! These patterns are awesome! I know they would be readily absorbed by my locals...the fish that is!
