Hook: Mustad R50U-94842
Thread: UTC 70 denier yellow olive
Tail: Coq de Leon (medium speckled)
Wire for body: X-small olive or gold Ultra wire
Thorax: natural mole dubbing
Hackle: Hungarian partridge
I use the hackle located near the crown of the Hungarian partridge skin. Admittedly the hackle on this fly may be a bit too long but I don't think the fish mind.
