Pale Morning flymph

Doing a Pale Morning flymph. Sometimes imitation is not the sincerest form of flattery.

“Pale Morning Dun”

Hook. ...... Mustad 94842. Sz 14
Thread. ..... Pearsall’s primrose
Tail. ..... Honey dun rooster
Body. .... Cream from a red fox
Hackle. .... Whiting honey dun hen

Thanks fishnkilts but not when one is copying an “Old Hat” fly. He has such a great
eye and touch and his flies show it.

Mustad 94842 and 94863, in sizes 12-14-16.
Also like some old Partridge up eye round bend hooks I came across some years back. Edgar Sealy made a model 1034 up eye, I think.......have to check when I get home.
