Hackle: Philoplume, grey, _sparse_
Rib: Tying thread tag end, waxed and dusted sparsely with Argentinean hare, dark olive
Body: Narrow green plastic ribbon taken from a tangerine bag, doubled, then twisted before wrapping

A real swimmer if I ever saw one . I really like the philoplume and of course the hook gives it plenty of implied action.
