A close cousin of the Carey Special. Made with Pukeko fathers and named in honour of our recently dearly departed English Cocker Spaniel Caspar after 13 highly entertaining years.

A nice looking fly Johnno, poor old Caspar. Gone, but not forgotten.

Johnno, Howdy,

Beautiful fly, truly befitting as a tribute to your friend that never stopped loving you.

I feel that it is easier for us to lose them than it is for them to lose us. That would be why they have a shorter life span then we do.
Besides, ......................they are never gone as long as we remember them.....

Johnno,

Beautiful fly and a fine tribute. I've shared my life with a lot of dogs, not a bad one in the bunch. The best dog I ever had was every single one of them. I am truely sorry for your loss.

Beautiful fly.....nice tribute to you best pal. You'll see 'em again. i've had a lot of different dogs.....loved them all dearly. Nothin' like a good dog. Maybe do one in white and call it, Casper the Ghost. :D

Johnno,

Thirteen years - must have had a full life. I find it both easier and more difficult to lose them when they are old. It's kind of comforting that they are deeply missed, if you see what I mean...
