One of my favorite cartoons, as a kid.
The hook and swept back hackle do a nice job of implying speed. Lovely blend of materials and craftsmanship, Hans.

I think the grouse wing hackle is just the right choice for this one, along with the choice of hook.

I always liked the road runner more than Wile E, but this seals the deal for me. nice fly.
