Abdomen: Bright copper wire, in loop, pine squirrel dubbing inserted - twisted
Thorax: Hen hackle, dark dun; ostrich herl, dyed black - twisted

Love it, Hans. I have used a similar technique on one of my pattern called a "Copper Rear Hare's Ear". The twisted copper wire adds a nice glint to the pattern and enough added weight to fish it a little deeper.
