Nicely done, Bill. One of my favorite patterns, especially during the warmer, caddis days on the St. Vrain.

That’s just plain drop dead gorgeous Bill, one of my absolute favs and ur rendition is spot on.
Plover is just the sexiest soft hackle imho. K :D

I love the unruly curvature of waterhen and golden plover. This makes perfection impossible, thus adding to beauty.

Years ago, I was lucky to receive a full Golden Plover skin from a friend and also a wing or two since then. I love tying various dressings with the GP hackles and I think the GP hackles are one of the prettiest hackles available.
