Oh man.. scrapple.... where I grew up in NC it was called liver mush... My dad was from Eastern PA so I knew what scrapple was but I loved it then and love it now... If I could only get the real deal out here in OR... you can buy a frozen brick of the stuff at the grocer, but its just not the same and never will be...
There is a difference between liver mush, a southern thing. I helped a neighbor make it several times after they killed a hog. The difference between the two, I think is LM has corn meal and Scrapple does not. I do prefer scrapple.

Beautiful flies Carl. They look as fun to tye, as they would be to fish.

Some discussion about Treacle Parkin: https://www.fishingmagic.com/forums/fly ... arkin.html

(Are you able to see the Moc Morgan fly plate? I am. It was posted on photobucket and I have installed something in F-fox that shows old photos).

Cool discussion, I can see the plate too. I like that Severn Ke pattern.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.
