In natural light the spectral colors in the yarn are quite distinct!

In a size 16 to 20 that would be a dynamite Winter, early Spring pattern.

I have stopped buying UTC thread as I keep having the bobbins wrapped incorrectly. The color of your thread will be an exception.

Well done 👏

Hank, For a while UTC 70 was somewhat infamous for having the thread wrapped over itself on the spool (bobbin), creating tangles and snarls at the most inopportune times. Black thread was the culprit mostly. That's one of the reasons I haven't bought UTC 70 in many years.

DUBBN,

Just following your suggestion, after fishing the Crooked I had to start tying some #18s for the boxes. :D

Now that is a Crooked River fly if I ever saw one!
