Sure in River City, along with Wolf, Fox, Marten, Mole, & Woodchuck just before the State of Emergency was declared! Stocked up on many important supplies before the Stay at Home Order! ;) Including some fly tying tool making supplies. :D

ronr,

Look at the piece I gave you! Mine was obviously part of a coat at one time (or survived surgery at one time). But if you want to get a live one to skin you can go over to my old eastern Oregon neighborhood and chase one in the Wallowa mountains. Just remember that line from Jeremiah Johnson, "Can you skin Griz?". ;)

Bill I wish I was in the Wallawas right now...I know you can find a badger on the Metolius, but I'm not sure about wolverines... good news here is the Bend Bulletin has declared that fishing is a good way to socially distance...now everyone that can walk is on the river...

up here fishing is shut down for two weeks. There's a neighborhood cat I hope I find crossing the road. Looks like it would be good roadkill salvage fur.

Nice looking hair hackle Bill.

Boy, do I miss River City Fly Shop. You could walk in there and find anything. If it wasn't on the wall you just had to ask and then they would disappear through that hidden back door and 15 minutes later BOOM! 10x more than you would ever need of whatever it was you were looking for.

I came across fresh wolverine tracks in the snow while Elk hunting just north of Enterprise a few years back.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.
