One of my all-time favorites!
beautiful two toned brown hackle feathers. I am a roadkill Hunter, and I have found three in the last 10 years :D I am a roadkill Hunter, and I have found three in the last 10 years :D

PS - The cardinal and oriole are also great finds.....

This is a European thrush. The laws in the U.S. are really strict. I once found a dead robin (a thrush) in my yard. I didn't dare touch it. The laws in the UK are more lenient when it comes to roadkill.
