Found this old pic of something I played around with a few years ago.

Hook: Daiichi 1550 - size 14
Body / Thread; Pearsall Jasper Gossamer silk
Thorax: Hare's Ear
Hackle: Starling

These are terrific! You are continuing that very soft, soft-hackled look and feel that I like so very much! It's no wonder these patterns take so well in all four seasons! You do a great job and I like your style of tying a lot!

Those are beauts for sure. Great idea with the subtle color of the jasper silk.
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.
