Daniel from Tenkara U.S.A. just sent us a Christmas present.....Tenkara U.S.A. Green Tea. :lol: WAY Cool.....Tenkara U.S.A. now has it's own brand of Green Tea. :D

I fished my new Amago today what a monster rod compared to the Ayu and Iwana. Thirteen and a half feet it was a handful in a strong breeze, but it was fun to fish.

Haven't had a chance to fish my new to me Ayu yet (thanks Narco) but playing with it in the yard is fun. Can't wait for the water levels to go down a bit so our year round stream is open.

Did you try it double-handed and, if so, what was it like? I'm pondering that rod for that application...

DD, no I didn't use it two handed. But I don't see why you couldn't. You will be able to use two hands for landing a good size fish. I was fishing a double nymph rig with a BB weight. It handled that set up just fine. Oh, I used one of Tenakra Bum's level line 13 1/2 feet and about three feet of 5x.
