Ray, you wanted to know bout the article. It's out, both in printed form and by email newsletter. But, you have to be a paid-up member of NAFF to get it. Although.....it should be on the website http://www.northarkansasflyfisher.org soon. You go there and click on "Newsletter Archives" and all the past newsletters (since our current editor took over) are there. He did a good job of digitally editing the fly pic i posted here, for the newsletter. The tail in the real fly i did for the article is much more blue than it shows in the pic i posted here, and he captured that very nicely. And he got the pic a bit sharper too.
Misa is over at a Damsel Fly Girls (local women's fly fishing club) meeting, fishing on the pond behind the host girl's house. Pond has HUGE Bluegil and Largemouth Bass in it.....Lucky Chicks. Misa took only her Tenkara rod.....
i just got a call from Misa and she signed me up to teach fly tying at their July meeting..... i'm gonna need a strip act to get inspired. Maybe a table dance.
