to soak them first as some folks do with Biots... :D

Hi all..
I actually dont think it´s nececary to soak these except if I prepare them in blech. Take it easy with the first wrap tying the quill in, and also the first wrap when winding the quill, not to hard it might cut the quill.

I know for a fact that Nik has a special thread prepared from the factory with quill and hackle. Three thread wraps. Done.
