Ruard, you are most welcome. I do not mind sharing with those that put materials to good use. ;)
You have "the book" of NZ patterns, you can see the Pukeko is usually used as a flat top wing in the likes of the Craigs Night Time and Scotch Poacher Lures, but I do use the neck feathers especially for wound shoulder hackles.
The feathers you have will be from the breast of the bird and quite a bit larger. That is a good way to use them though. :)
