I would probably go with #14, it's basically the size of their Medium Tinsel widths. Those are the same sizes I generally tie and this size has treated me well.

As to where you can get it?? I just picked it up at my local fly shop. I am sure you can find it online somewhere or maybe someone here has some in stock.

On the backside of the that Tinsel is a sweet Rust Orange color. I LOVE that Mylar Tinsel.

I found a spool of it in a fly shop a little while ago and have been enjoying using it...I'm not sure which side I like better.
