I thought you were fishing up with him. You can see how long I've been gone from PA if I can't tell where the Yellow Breeches is.

I was going to make that observation, but I'm glad you made it first. It's a great design and beautifully tied, but if it were going in my box, it'd be tied on a 12. Early in my tying efforts, when I fished the Catskills regularly, I tied a lot of 14s (along with 12s) for the Hendricksons. By the time the hatch had passed, the 14s were still freshly tied and the 12s were mostly gone. That said, in 14 it's still a good match for invaria.

I mean this as a most sincere compliment....you need to do this (fly tying) professionally! Your work is excellent! No wonder you crash so many fish parties!
