No wonder I didn't see a Greenwell hen. I wish they would call it mottled brown hen instead, if that is all it is. Seeing these mottled hens, both brown, and grizzly...and the "Greenwell", are making me a bit crazy. I have got to have some of those feathers eventually. This thread is so cool. Not good on my pocketbook though!

Obsession is a good word.............and concept...........you combine that with Good, "Choices" and you've got the perfect antidote for certain unmentionable "other things"...........one might do................ ...........so just keep on keepin' on kid.

This reminds me of when I was a kid actually. I loved to color. Some kids are happy with a small box of primary colors. I wanted that huge box with rows of colors. I liked the unusual colors like that Cornflower Blue. Fly tying is like that too. You can get by with the primary color kit.....but, you know ....that huge a$$ box with as many colors as they make, that is the one I always wanted, and NEEDED...rotflmbo. Fly tying is along those lines. I can just imagine what all those colors would do, if I just had them in my hands...

Ah, thank you Mike. I went to it and checked it out. I am saving this all for future reference too.
