I don't have a Lowe's near me so I can't check this out, but I just read on another forum that Lowe's carries a 1/16" yellow polypropylene mason's cord. Perhaps someone with access to to a Lowe's store could research this and report back.

I checked Lowes and their masons line says it's made from nylon, polyester, or polypropelene or a combination there of.
Home Depot masons line is nylon.

I never received the line also. But I took your specs of the line and started to search. I've found this:

This size is available in pink, gold and white. I know it's twisted PP, not braided, is that okay?
