I am very impressed with your patterns that you have posted here on the forum! Your flies are just wonderful and there is no reason why these will not catch trout just about anywhere!

I knew something about the 'Cowdung' Fly was nagging at me.
This is from the Turton collection on my site.

Cow-dung Fly
Hook: Mustad 50R
Silk: pea green
Body: pea green (SLF of green, brown, and red)
Hackle: Jay underwing feather.

I suppose Cowdung flies vary from area to area, depending on the prevalent dung.
