Goodness sakes! Those are beautiful flies, Mark. Wonderfully imaginative pieces of art. Each one stands on its own merits. Photos of these definitely belong in your coffee table book. tick...tock... ;)

Thankx hank.....glad you like it. Everyone's taste is different, and that's a good thing.........or why else would i need to keep commin' up with more originals? To bad ("almost") none of that translates into sales................ ...................................
Just another good reason to go fishin'.....and forget doin' so many shows................ :D

Mark ~ As usual, fantastic stuff! And I really like the plain textured background in the photos too. This arrangement, to my way of looking at things, focuses the viewer's eyes on the fly alone, with no unintentional distractions around or behind it. This particular background color also adds extra sparkle to those materials that are supposed to shine, which is a major component of the majority of your amazing creations.

Here's a couple flies i did whenever the hell it was.............months or a year or more ago...........there are so many flies around here i can't remember when i did what, and don't even bother to remember...........like it matters...........
i asked Misa just to do one pic of both flies together........(i was sleeping).........she did what she did, like she always does.........again........

the body on that top fly is Pearl flat braid.......why i used a saltwater hook is anybodies guess.....i do crazy stuff like that :P
click the pics for best results..... ;)
i like the blue background much better than the greyish black.....that sucks for my money...........but i don't much like any of these pics.........
