What I like from this week's tying
1st olive and ice with starling
2nd all turkey tail
3rd all partridge
4th pupa softy

Your flies are a welcome addition to the forum, fishhead! I look forward to seeing more of your creations in the future.
Would you be able to post the recipes for each of your flies. They all look like they will catch fish! Thanks for sharing & welcome aboard.

olive and starling:
size 14 wet nymph fly hook
black thread
olive and UV ice dub blended
starling hackle
all turkey:
size 14 TMC nymph hook
camel thread
tips of small turkey tail feather, for the tail body and hackle
all partridge:
hook size 14 TMC nymph hook
blue dun thread
1 partridge feather wrapped loosely from back to front starting with the fluffy part
Pupa softy:
hook size 14 Daiichi scud hook
black thread
shuck= few stands sparkle poly yarn
pheasant tail for body
CDC puff
peacock herl
starling hackle

... and no better way to introduce yourself than with a couple ties. I like them all, but find the 4th one thoughtful and creative.
