I agree with Ray on that bobbin holder, I have 12 of them, my wife has 8.

lmao...........jeeze........ :D  i just got an email from the new owner (Robert Blount) of Wasatch today, and he's sending me a bunch of tools and patches and stuff........i had recently inquired as to the status of the team.......and everything is still cool. Wish i had known bout that bobbin.....no big deal, but since i already have a bunch of their bobbins, i didn't ask for any more. Basically i only asked for things i only had one of or that i had given away or needed an extra of or whatever.......but i'll get a couple of those next. i don't like to take advantage of a cool deal. That's how i got on the team in the first place. Dean used to give us one free tool whenever we were at a show where he had a booth. Then, i'd buy a couple more each time. Now i have Wasatch tools everywhere.....i never even unpack the ones we use on the road. Ray, i'm gonna send you a dubbing twister. Thankx for the info. i'll wait a few months at least, to ask for anything though. ;)

Bill, thanks for this bump.

Bob, those flies really do exibit the kind of elegance I like to see in these simple patterns. Just beautiful. I'm looking forward to the book. It will be a great reference. Good luck in the publication process.

Very nice spiders, I do like s/e hooks, Roger Fogg recommended the Drennan specialist
coarse fishing bait hooks in his book 'The Handbook of North Country Trout Flies'.
As can be seen from the picture on the right, I like them quite a lot.
